Education Qualification, Age Limit and Pay Scale:

➤ For General Administrative:

(1) Deputy Registrar:

Education:

•  A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade
• Nine years of experience as a Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 10 and above with experience in educational administration

OR

• Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education.

OR

• Five years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in equivalent post

Age Limit: Below 50 years

Pay Scale: Rs.67,700- Rs.2,08,700

(2) Statistician

Education:

• M.Sc. in Statistics/ Mathematics/Quality and Productivity Management with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least five (5) years practical experience in analysing data using Statistical Software.

Age Limit:Below 40 years

Pay Scale: Rs.53,100- Rs.1,67,800 

 

(3) Stenographer

Education:

• Any Graduate with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and Steno with the minimum speed of 40 w.p.m. (English) in Typing & 100 w.p.m. (English) for Stenography.
• Knowledge of Computer operation is essential.
• Necessary Certificates from recognized institute from state or central government shall attached for typing and Stenography

Age Limit: Below 40 years

Pay Scale: Fixed Pay of Rs.31,340/- for five years

(4) Statistical Assistant

Education:

• M.Sc. in Statistics/Quality and Productivity Management with at least 50% of the marks and at least three years experience of statistical work and experience in analyze data using Statistical Software. 

Age Limit: Below 35 years

Pay Scale: Fixed Pay of Rs. 31,340/- for five years

(5) Junior Clerk cum Typist

Education:

• A Graduate with English as one of the subject with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and should possess the speed in Gujarati typing 25 w.p.m. and English typing 40 w.p.m.
• Knowledge of Computer operation is essential.
• Necessary Certificates from recognized institute from state or central government shall attached for typing.

Age Limit: Below 35 years

Pay Scale: Fixed Pay of Rs.19,950/- for five years 

(6) Junior Clerk (Library)

Education:

• Any Graduate with Bachelor of Library Science with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and should possess the speed in Gujarati typing 25 w.p.m. and English typing 40 w.p.m.
• Knowledge of Computer operation is essential.
• Necessary Certificates from recognized institute from state or central government shall attached for typing. 

Age Limit: Below 35 years

Pay Scale: Fixed Pay of Rs.19,950/- for five years 

(7) Junior Laboratory Assistant 

Education:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Bioscience with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade.

Age Limit: Below 35 years

Pay Scale: Fixed Pay of Rs.19,950/- for five years 

(8) Technical Assistant

Education:

(i) Computer Science & Post B.Sc. Diploma Course in Computer Science 

• M.C.A./M.Sc.(Information Technology/ Computer Science)/B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science / Information Technology) with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least two (2) years experience of working in reputed Computer Laboratories.

OR

• M.Sc. in Mathematics/Statistics/Physics/Electronics with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications and at least three (3) years experience of working in reputed Computer Laboratories.

(ii) Home Science

• B.E./B.Tech.(Electrical/Electronics & Communications) with at least 55% of the marks (or equivalent grade and at least two (2) years experience of food analysis and handling of sophisticated instruments.

(iii) Bhaikaka Library

• Master of Library Science with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least three (3) years experience in Library Work.

Age Limit: Below 40 years

Pay Scale: Fixed Pay of Rs.38,090/- for five years

➤ For Computer Centre:

(1) Electrician-cum-Air Condition Plant Mech. Operator

Education:

• B.E./B. Tech.(Electrical) with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least two (2) years of experience in maintenance and repairs of Air Conditioning units and refrigeration.

OR

• Diploma in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration or in Electrical Engineering from recognized institute and at least five (5) years experience in maintenance and repairs of Air Conditioning units and refrigeration.

Age Limit: Below 35 years

Pay Scale: Fixed Pay of Rs.31,340/- for five years

(2) Punch Operator

Education:

• Any Graduate with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and Post-graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.
• OR
• B.C.A./B.Sc.(Computer Science/ Information Technology) with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade. 

Age Limit: Below 35 years

Pay Scale:Fixed Pay of Rs.19,950/- for five years

➤ For Health Centre :

Compounder

Education:

• B. Pharm. and at least two (2) years experience &having First Aid Training.
• Registration with State Pharmacy Council

Technician 

Education:

• M.E. / M. Tech. (Electronics & Communications/Instrumentation & Control) with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least one (1) year experience in the maintenance and repairs of the instruments used in analytical laboratories.

• M.Sc. (Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control) with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least three (3) years experience in the maintenance and repairs of the instruments used in analytical laboratories

Garden Supervisor

Education:

• B.Sc. in Botany / B.Sc. in Agriculture with at least 50% of the marks or equivalent grade and at least two (2) years experience in landscape & gardening.

Mason
